An hour of Yoga with the sand between your toes and the sound of the waves in your ears. Could anything be better than practicing Yoga in nature? We don't think so.
The class will be guided by myself, Mel Cole & Jen Hegarty where students will be treated to wonderful adjustments and a long luscious relaxation at the end.
Bring a long towel and a cosy jumper or blanket for relaxation.
Every Friday from 2nd June. We will meet outside the bus cafe who are making delightful pre and post yoga smoothies!
