Amie is a fully qualified, Yoga Alliance registered teacher based in Margate, Kent. Amie offers a variety of classes from  challenging  cardiovascular work outs to gentle restorative classes for complete beginners.

Amie works with various mental health charities offering Yoga to those who need it most.

Ashtanga primary Series

This style of yoga is often called ' Yoga therapy ' because when it is practiced safely in the presence a qualified and compassionate  teacher, it can have incredible mental and physical healing properties. This a set sequence with a big focus on linking movement with the breath. If you enjoy vinyasa, Power Yoga or Rocket Yoga, Ashtanga is the godfather of these styles so I highly recommend you give it a go ! 


Gentle Vinyasa 

Vinyasa means ' to move with intention ' A slow and soothing practice that still has a focus on linking movement to the breath but more restorative and less heating. Perfect for beginners and devoted Yogi's in need of some TLC

Power Yoga 

This class is open to all levels who are prepared to sweat!  An intense and energising class with a big focus on the power of the core and power of breathing,  Be prepared to work , sweat and smile :D 



Playful and ever changing, this style works with a theme each week. expect binds, inversions, back bends and breathing excersises.


Blissful Yoga & Relaxation 

Take time to slow down, to breathe and be kind to yourself. This class is a firm favourite. Expect to leave class feeling floaty and deeply relaxed.


Yoga on the Beach

Amie has been working with the mental health charity, Mind for two years. Amie implemented Yoga for the Mind at coventry & Warwickshire Mind, and worked with Hackney and City Mind on their mental health programme.
